We kindly ask for you to take the time to read our cancellation policy below that you have agreed to: All deposits are 100% non-refundable NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS. We have a cancellation policy which is 100% of the service when you cancel without a 24/48 hour proper notice of your scheduled appointment. After 1 no call no show you will be banned from booking. You can reschedule one time. Lash Services - All new clients must book a full set and removal (if needed) as we can’t work over any previous lash work that was not performed by any of our technicians. Any clients with any allergies/sensitivities or eye conditions must contact us before booking for eyelash extensions as you would require a patch test first. Clients must arrive at the exact time not earlier not later. Appointments are booked well in advance and any lateness will be time deducted from your service so, you may leave without getting the fullest lashes because you lose the time for being late. We may also need to cancel your appointment and the deposit will be forfeited. You will also need a new deposit to make your new appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 48 hour notice you will be charged 100% of the service. If clients schedule a lash refill with less than 50% of the extensions left you must advise your provider in advance as more time will be needed during your appointment and you will pay for a full set even though you are within your 14 days.
