We kindly ask for you to take the time to read our cancellation policy below: All deposits are 100% non-refundable NO EMAIL OR TEXT CANCELLATIONS. NO MOVING YOUR APPOINTMENT MAKE THE CHANGES ON THE WEBSITE. We have a cancellation policy which is 50% of the service when you cancel without a 48 hour notice of your scheduled appointment. No, we can’t change your appointment you can change it online within the correct time frame. After 1 no show you will not be able to book again. Lash Services - All new clients must book a full set and removal (if needed) as we can’t work over any previous lash work that was not performed by any of our technicians. Any clients with any allergies/sensitivities or eye conditions must contact us before booking for eyelash extensions as you would require a patch test first. Clients must arrive on time as appointments are booked well in advance and any lateness beyond 15 minutes of scheduled appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your appointment without at least a 48 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service. If clients schedule a lash refill with less than 50% of the extensions left you must advise your provider in advance as more time will be needed during your appointment and you will pay for a full set even though you are within your 14 days. Please arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment as we need time for the consultation and to fill out your forms.
